“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.”
—Robert Brault

Hi, I’m Andrew—a writer, editor, and documentary street and family photographer who loves to find beauty in the everyday.

As a husband and father, I strive to be present over worrying about perfection (some days are easier than others!), and it’s this ethos I hope to translate to my photography. Our lives aren’t airbrushed, and our memories and photo albums shouldn’t be either.

I’m naturally drawn to the unscripted, unstaged moments: the belly laughs, the unbridled enthusiasm, and the mischievous grins (even the occasional tears) that happen during the moments we too often take for granted: family gathered around the dinner table, children playing in the yard, or even a much-needed visit to the zoo.

There’s a magic to be found in the everyday, whether that’s at a neighborhood cookout or just making Saturday-morning pancakes together. These are the moments we treasure and would run back into a proverbial burning building to preserve (thank goodness for digital backups).

Quite simply, a life well lived is made up of a multitude of the smallest moments—I’d be honored to help you capture them and tell the story of your family.
